  • How do I use the Soleila Applicator?

    Unscrew the top and fill with your preferred sunscreen. Shake gently so the cream flows to the roller, then apply. (Use thick creams for best results.)

  • Does the Soleila Applicator come pre-filled with sunscreen?

    No, the applicator is empty and designed for you to fill it with any sunscreen you trust.

  • What sunscreen works best?

    Choose SPF30+ with medium to thick consistency. Avoid runny formulas or sprays, which may leak or dispense too fast.

  • My sunscreen isn't reaching the roller, what should I do?

    Shake it like ketchup! For thicker creams, you can also tap the base to help the sunscreen reach the top.

  • Is it safe to decant sunscreen into the applicator?

    Yes, if both containers are clean. Avoid mixing formulas and only decant sunscreens that are within expiry. Use within 2 weeks of filling.

  • Can I use the applicator on wet or sandy skin?

    No. Always apply to clean, dry skin. Sand or water may affect sponge performance or skin coverage.

  • How do I clean it?

    Hand wash with warm water. Do not soak or use boiling water. Let the sponge dry fully before closing.

  • Is it dishwasher safe?

    No. It may warp or become unusable if exposed to high heat or harsh cleaning.

  • How often should I clean it?

    After each full use. Cleaning after the vessel is empty keeps it fresh and extends sponge life.

  • Is the applicator recyclable?

    Yes! Just remove the sponge head first, then recycle the remaining plastic parts.

  • Can kids use the applicator?

    Absolutely! It's designed for easy, mess-free application by parents or kids (under supervision).

  • Will the applicator provide full sunscreen coverage?

    It helps apply sunscreen, but always make sure all areas are fully covered. Reapply frequently, especially after swimming or sweating.

  • How long does the sponge head last?

    With proper care and cleaning, one sponge can last a full summer. Avoid direct sunlight and extreme heat.

  • Is it hygienic?

    Yes. Designed with hygiene in mind. Just clean regularly and keep it dry between uses.

  • Can I track my order?

    Yes. Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email.

  • Do you ship internationally?

    Currently, we only deliver in Lebanon. We’ll announce international availability soon.

  • What’s your return policy?

    Returns accepted within 14 days for unused items in original packaging. For faulty products, please contact us within 30 days.

  • What qualifies as a faulty item?

    Anything that arrives damaged, defective, or not working as expected.

  • Do I pay return shipping?

    If an item is faulty, we cover return shipping. For general returns, the buyer handles the cost.

  • Can I cancel or change my order?

    Once placed, orders are processed quickly. If you need to change or cancel, contact us ASAP.

  • How long does a return take to process?

    Typically 3–5 business days once we receive the item. Refunds go back to your original payment method.
